F.S.A. Regulations effective from 14th January 2005 forbid removal companies from arranging insurance or offering insurance to their customers or giving insurance advise, unless the are directly authorised by the F.S.A. or are appointed representatives of a company that is regulated by the F.S.A.. We are able to offer advice on changes that may be needed to your documentation such as acceptance of estimates, in these circumstances.
